Terms of Service

By creating an account on ProfitChess or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and participate in real-money games. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. Residents of jurisdictions where skill-based gaming contests are prohibited — including Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Montana, South Carolina, South Dakota, and Tennessee — may not participate in paid games.

You may only hold one account on ProfitChess. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, bonuses, or game limitations is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent bans of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ProfitChess is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

ProfitChess hosts skill-based chess competitions. The outcome of games is determined by player skill, not chance. Entry fees are paid to participate, and prizes are awarded based on game results. You acknowledge that losing games is possible and that you may not recover entry fees.

ProfitChess PCP (ProfitChess Points) are a virtual currency used within the platform. PCP is purchased in USD via Stripe (credit/debit card) and converted to PCP. Withdrawals convert PCP back to USD via PayPal or bank transfer (participating countries).

• Minimum purchase: $5.00
• Minimum withdrawal: $10.00
• Withdrawals are subject to processing fees depending on method (PayPal or bank transfer — participating countries)
• First withdrawal is held for 48 hours; subsequent withdrawals for 24 hours for security review
• Email address must be verified before deposits or withdrawals are permitted

Using chess engines, computer assistance, or any automated tools during games is strictly prohibited. ProfitChess employs move-timing analysis and behavioral detection to identify assistance. Confirmed cheaters will be permanently banned, and opponents affected by cheating may be entitled to refunds from the Anti-Cheat Fund.

• Using engine assistance or computer help during games
• Creating multiple accounts
• Colluding with opponents to manipulate results
• Abusing bonuses, referrals, or promotions
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players
• Attempting to circumvent security or geo-blocking measures
• Money laundering or fraudulent payment activity

ProfitChess reserves the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms. Suspended balances may be withheld pending investigation. Permanently banned accounts may appeal once within 30 days of the ban. Final ban decisions are not subject to further appeal.

ProfitChess runs monthly competitive seasons with prize pools funded by a percentage of game entry fees. Season prize distributions are final and processed automatically at season end. Prize pools are distributed only to the top-ranked players according to the published schedule.

Referring new users entitles you to commission on their paid game activity. Referral abuse — including self-referral, fake accounts, or incentivized signups — will result in referral earnings forfeiture and account suspension.

All content on ProfitChess — including the platform code, design, logos, and game data — is owned by ProfitChess and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

ProfitChess is not liable for losses arising from: technical failures, service interruptions, unauthorized account access, or decisions made by players during games. The platform's liability is limited to the balance held in your account at the time of any incident.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. Class action lawsuits against ProfitChess are waived.
